ygg

Git worktree management with Zellij integration.

I built ygg to make working on several changes in the same repository less fiddly. Git worktrees provide separate working directories for each branch, but creating them, finding the right terminal, and cleaning up afterwards can become a chore. That became more noticeable when running several coding agents at once.

ygg brings those steps together in a small command-line tool. Inside Zellij, it creates named tabs for worktrees and switches to an existing tab when one is already open. Outside Zellij, it uses ordinary subshells.

It also lists worktrees, shows which have changes, and helps remove working directories when they are no longer needed. The aim is to make the workspace setup a small part of the work.
